What You'll Do

• Design and develop system architectures, defining key capabilities and performance requirements.
• Provide lab design, integration, and systems engineering support for system and software engineering labs.
• Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.
• Ensure requirements are met and evaluate performance with customers.
• Communicate effectively and present technical approaches and findings clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field with 9 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 7+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
• Ability to transfer and maintain a Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical Design and NX is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing/liaison support experience to assist in the build and installation of assemblies.
• Knowledge of aircraft-type cable assemblies and MIL type wiring components.
• Experience in developing and managing test requirements.
