About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Sales & Content Manager to join our dynamic team at REWE Group. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital sales strategy for one of Austria's leading online shops in the drugstore sector. You will be responsible for enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers through innovative and engaging content.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the strategic development of our digital sales channels, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Analyze sales KPIs, identify trends, and optimize the customer journey to maximize conversion rates.
  • Create and manage content for the BIPA online shop and app, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the organization of the action and theme calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor market and eCommerce trends to inform performance optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, eCommerce, Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent commercial training with several years of eCommerce experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, Digital Sales, Performance Marketing, or Online Category Management.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce KPIs, sales analysis, and performance management.
  • Experience in content and campaign management, including landing pages and promotional activities.
  • Proficient in CMS, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in German (C1 level).
