Senior Digital Business Analyst - Financial Services (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst - Financial Services to join our team remotely. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Domain, Technology, and Business Product Owner, ensuring that all features and stories are aligned with business value. Your expertise will help maximize the value delivered by our technology applications and business processes.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze current business processes and elicit business requirements to produce documented specifications for new or changed technology applications.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to refine the backlog through prioritization, estimation, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Engineers, and UX Designers, to ensure they understand the requirements and can deliver on their commitments.
  • Lead workshops and Agile ceremonies such as story elaborations and sprint planning sessions.
  • Utilize your extensive experience in agile environments to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Digital Business Analyst.
  • In-depth understanding of financial products, processes, and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams through the discovery, development, and operational usage stages of change.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and make evidence-based decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Extensive knowledge in Customer Onboarding, AML, and Fincrime.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Business or related fields.
  • Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
