About the Role
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team at Trimetis Services. What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline our development processes.
- Utilize cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, and GCP to optimize our infrastructure.
- Automate deployment processes using tools such as Terraform and Docker.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate new features and improve existing ones.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Work with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and OpenShift to manage application deployments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef).
- Understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitOps practices.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks like Tosca and Selenium.
