Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

About the Role

EverOps is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping cloud-first companies navigate their most pressing IT challenges. With a focus on enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure, you will manage projects autonomously and ensure high availability and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Develop and utilize automation tools for Azure environments.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Author and maintain Azure infrastructure using Bicep and Terraform.
• Participate in scrums with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor Azure environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Implement new Azure services as requirements evolve.
• Design and execute new solutions while enhancing existing ones.
• Provide operational support for customer environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a DevOps or CloudOps Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, Bash, TypeScript, or PowerShell.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure Bicep and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Familiarity with Docker and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Azure networking and security concepts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure-native automation tools.
• Certifications in Azure or related fields.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role.
