Senior Designer - Transforming Healthcare

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our team at Garner Health, a company dedicated to transforming the healthcare economy. As a Senior Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual assets that communicate our mission of delivering high-quality and affordable care for all. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all assets.

What You'll Do

• Design compelling visual assets, including sales collateral, insights reports, and website content.
• Consistently apply Garner’s brand identity to all visual materials, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience.
• Set up processes to maintain the consistent application of brand identity across the organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to meet business needs effectively.
• Continuously improve design processes by utilizing new techniques and tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proven ability to create visually compelling assets that effectively communicate key messages.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Slides.
• A passion for being part of a mission-driven team that values accountability and authentic feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience with emerging AI tools that enhance the design process.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and practices.
• Experience in creating self-service design templates and guidelines.
