About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Designer - Campaigns and Systems (Remote) to join our dynamic sales and marketing production agency. In this role, you will not only execute designs but also think like an art director, transforming messy ideas into clear visual concepts. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and independence in your work environment.

What You'll Do

• Turn complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with clients.
• Design with a campaign and systems mindset, ensuring cohesive and effective communication across all platforms.
• Create strong first drafts independently, demonstrating your ability to lead projects without constant direction.
• Engage in client-facing roles, participating in Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams calls to discuss design concepts and receive feedback.
• Collaborate directly with clients in live meetings, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Requirements

• Flawless spoken and written English, essential for client interactions.
• Prior experience in a remote work setup, with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Experience designing pitch decks, presentations, eBooks, landing pages, websites, and video storyboards.
• Strong preference for candidates with a background in B2B companies, particularly in SaaS, tech, or fintech sectors.
• Ability to structure content effectively, going beyond mere design to enhance the overall message.

Nice to Have

• Experience in social media or D2C/eCommerce design.
• Familiarity with branding and packaging design.
• Proficiency in using design templates and tools.
