As a Senior Data Scientist, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning to build features that directly impact our customer app and marketplace experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own machine learning-powered features that improve customer interactions.
• Work on critical customer-facing problems such as search and ranking, recommendations, and lifecycle modeling.
• Engage in end-to-end processes from defining product ideas to deploying and monitoring production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Pricing.
• Contribute to data pipelines and ensure models are robust, scalable, and measurable against business KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering machine learning solutions end to end in production, ideally in a marketplace or customer-facing product environment.
• Strong experience with behavioral and customer data, including segmentation, lifecycle modeling, scoring, search, or recommendation systems.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with the ability to work across modeling and data preparation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and understanding of data pipeline construction and maintenance.
• Ability to define problems clearly and communicate impact in commercial environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience applying NLP and LLMs to real product use cases.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies.
• Experience working with real-time or near real-time systems.
• Exposure to pricing or marketing optimization problems.
