What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage data science and machine learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Conduct technical discussions and code reviews to maintain high standards of work.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and assess their applicability to client projects.
  • Collaborate with the presales team to develop use cases and project proposals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role.
  • MSc or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with major data science libraries.
  • Experience in designing and scaling machine learning pipelines and systems.
  • Deep expertise in at least one area such as Computer Vision, NLP, or Sensor Data Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Experience with AI automation in coding is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise cloud providers like AWS or OVHCloud.
  • Familiarity with neural networks using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • A strong Kaggle profile or contributions to open-source projects.
