Senior Data Engineer - Remote Position at P2P.Org

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at P2P.Org. As a Senior Data Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our data infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance across our services. P2P.Org is the largest institutional staking provider with a Total Value Locked (TVL) of over $10 billion and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking. We are committed to researching and improving our infrastructure to maximize APR while ensuring security.

What You'll Do

• Perform technical and business analysis related to our core tools.
• Participate in code reviews and identify suboptimal processes.
• Monitor service loads and alerts to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to support our services.
• Maintain security and compliance standards across all operations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Mandatory experience with BigQuery, Clickhouse, and Airflow.
• Experience with Kubernetes and a general understanding of GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with Cloud SQL, GCS, and Terraform.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to assist colleagues.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Knowledge of data security practices.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
