About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Remote to join our innovative team at Bitstack. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to drive insights and support decision-making processes across various departments. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work with advanced analytics tools and methodologies to enhance our data-driven strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and BigQuery to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards using Metabase and other tools to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management.
  • Participate in analytics transformation initiatives to enhance our data capabilities.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by analyzing customer experience data and providing recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with analytics transformation tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Amplitude and Mixpanel for customer analytics.
  • Experience with data modeling and data integrity best practices.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or GO for data processing tasks.
