About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst - Growth to join our dynamic team at Kraken. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in turning complex growth marketing data into actionable insights that drive client acquisition and retention. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to the future of crypto.

What You'll Do

• Own the design of dashboards and performance reports, transforming data into clear insights for stakeholders and marketing teams.
• Automate growth marketing data solutions and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Analyze large datasets to create scalable data models that support full funnel reporting and analytics.
• Translate marketing requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using tools like Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
• Lead cross-functional projects with analysts and engineers to maintain high-quality data pipelines.
• Drive the experimentation infrastructure by designing A/B testing frameworks and translating results into actionable growth recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc data requests for campaign performance and business needs.
• Deliver insights that shape growth direction through compelling data-driven storytelling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data analysis experience with a strong understanding of growth marketing and product KPIs.
• Expertise in SQL, including complex joins and analytical functions.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with dbt and data workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience designing A/B tests and communicating results effectively.
• Ability to create intuitive dashboards and visualizations.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• A degree in a relevant analytical field such as analytics, software engineering, or economics.
