Senior Continuous Improvement Manager - Transformational Leadership

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager remote to lead transformative initiatives at Bacardi. This role is pivotal in architecting and implementing operational excellence across our diverse supply chain, including Scotch whisky maturation, premium gin production, and large-scale bottling operations.

What You'll Do

• Define and lead the Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with Bacardi's strategy.
• Transition from BOS to TPM, ensuring sustainability and ownership by operational teams.
• Establish a unified Operational Excellence system across all production operations.
• Act as the authority on TPM principles and deployment governance.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational ownership across the organization.
• Engage with teams on the shop floor to coach and reinforce standards.
• Develop training frameworks for operators and supervisors.
• Establish standardized performance management and loss analysis systems.

Requirements

• Significant experience in leading Operational Excellence transformations in FMCG or complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in implementing TPM and Lean Manufacturing at scale.
• Strong operational credibility with experience in manufacturing or supply environments.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into executable roadmaps.
• Experience in multi-site or matrix organizations.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills at senior management levels.
• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
