Lead Product Designer - Enterprise Web (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Product Designer (Remote) to join our innovative team at New Era Technology. As a Lead Product Designer, you will drive the design execution for enterprise web initiatives across OUS and EMEA, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of user experience and accessibility.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design execution for enterprise web initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand vision and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with Design Directors to translate enterprise brand vision into scalable design solutions.
• Support the end-to-end design process within an enterprise web governance model.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope features and resolve design challenges.
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices in all projects.
• Ensure designs comply with regional regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Uphold and evolve design systems and templates across EWI.
• Provide mentorship and design direction to individual contributors, acting as a design quality gate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital, product, or web design.
• Proven experience leading designers within design systems or platform-based environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and engineers.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating scalable web design execution.
