What You'll Do

• Partner closely with Client Partners to understand each advertiser’s business model, strategic priorities, and performance KPIs, building strategies that align Reddit solutions to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-region to activate campaigns at a global scale, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
• Manage and deepen relationships with agencies and direct clients, acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
• Lead campaign onboarding, execution, pacing, optimizations, and wrap-up analyses to drive performance.
• Analyze campaign performance data to diagnose trends, identify optimization levers, and communicate clear recommendations that improve primary KPIs.
• Act as the internal lead for account operations, including forecasting, revenue delivery, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Educate clients and media agency partners on Reddit’s advertising capabilities, measurement approaches, and creative best practices.
• Consult on both upper-funnel and direct response strategies, partnering with Client Partners to craft full-funnel media plans that align with client business goals.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights to influence product roadmap and performance offerings.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Proven expertise with performance and direct response campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment, demonstrating a tenacious and entrepreneurial approach.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with digital measurement and tracking fundamentals.
