Senior Category Development Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Category Development Manager to join our team at Vinarchy. This remote position plays a pivotal role in enhancing our category leadership across EMEA, working closely with major customers to drive insights and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary contact for two significant customers, ensuring an independent and objective relationship.
• Utilize market data tools such as Nielsen and CGA to deliver consumer and shopper insights.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Create a compelling category vision and communicate it effectively to customers.
• Support brand planning and new product launches by translating insights into category-led selling stories.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in an FMCG environment.
• Familiarity with Nielsen or Circana data systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Consumer & Shopper insights is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with loyalty card-based software such as Dunn Humby or Quantium.
• Background in a junior category role.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
