As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing operations and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our business performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with priority partners and strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on goals and tracking performance metrics.
• Drive cross-functional projects to eliminate inter-departmental bottlenecks and establish smooth processes.
• Act as the central control tower to monitor and report progress across all ongoing activities.
• Redesign and document key workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Experiment with new initiatives and operating models to unlock additional revenue channels.
• Build dashboards, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for data-backed decision-making.
• Take ownership across multiple high-impact workstreams and contribute directly to strategic business outcomes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in growth, strategy, program management, or business analytics, ideally in startup environments.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to design scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and automation tools.
• Proven track record of managing operational processes and cross-functional projects.
• Empathy for user behavior and creator dynamics to design user-centric solutions.
• High sense of accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
