Senior Business Operations Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join adjoe, a company redefining the future of mobile ads. This remote role allows you to leverage your expertise in data analysis to drive smarter business decisions and enhance our advertising solutions.

What You'll Do

• Create, analyze, and communicate reports and statistics for our business teams and partners.
• Gather, validate, and document business needs to align with our strategic goals.
• Analyze commercial data such as revenues, CPIs, and other KPIs to identify trends and insights.
• Model business processes and pinpoint opportunities for improvements.
• Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
• Outline the business impact of proposed ideas, weighing earnings against costs.
• Simplify complex information for easy comprehension across teams.
• Implement and test solutions to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the AdTech or gaming industry.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to connect values behind numbers.
• Excellent communication skills to express technical issues in business language.
• Proven critical thinking skills with clear action points.
• Experience with visual analytic platforms.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Nice to have: Experience with SQL.
