Senior Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will convert complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights, playing a crucial part in supporting decision-making processes across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting assets to visualize data effectively.
• Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL and advanced Excel to extract actionable insights.
• Develop executive-level presentations and reporting decks that communicate findings clearly.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to deliver tailored insights for business leaders.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across all reports.
• Maintain existing reporting templates and create new reporting materials as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI and reporting, with a preference for 10+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the telecom industry.
• Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
• Exposure to Alteryx for data preparation and analysis.
