About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits administration.

  • Work closely with HR and finance teams to manage budgets and forecast benefits costs.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Utilize tools such as SQL and AWS for data management and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Benefits Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with employee education and engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with healthcare projects and leave of absence programs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UKG PRO or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Certification in benefits administration or HR management.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis related to employee benefits.
