Senior Atlassian Solutions Architect - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Solutions Architect to join our team remotely. In this role, you will design, implement, and scale a centralized enterprise intake and portfolio management platform using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Jira Align, Advanced Roadmaps, Forge, and Automation). This position is critical for enabling executive-level visibility, prioritization, and progress reporting for Network Automation and Service Enablement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement a centralized intake portal for all Network Automation and Service Enablement requests.
• Architect parent-child relationships across multiple Jira projects to streamline workflows.
• Build executive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into intake volume, strategic alignment, and delivery progress.
• Lead the architecture and configuration of Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Develop custom solutions using Atlassian Forge to enhance functionality.
• Partner with VPs and Directors to translate business needs into effective Jira solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Provide documentation and training for administrators and end users.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience working with Atlassian tools, with 5+ years in designing and implementing enterprise Jira solutions.
• Strong experience with Jira Cloud, including Advanced Roadmaps and Jira Align.
• Proven ability to build executive-level dashboards and reports that communicate business outcomes.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Atlassian implementations across multiple teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML or network automation teams.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Certifications such as Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator or SAFe Agilist.
