About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in transforming critical industries through applied AI solutions. As a Senior Applied AI Engineer remote, you will work directly with enterprise partners to tackle high-leverage problems and create bespoke AI-powered systems.

What You'll Do

• Embed with customer executives and technical teams to define and solve ambiguous problems.
• Design and build production software and AI workflows from first principles.
• Rapidly ship, iterate, and harden systems used in high-stakes environments.
• Translate field learnings into reusable product patterns and core platform capabilities.
• Own projects end-to-end, including architecture, delivery, iteration, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Typically 4+ years of experience building and shipping real production systems.
• Strong computer science foundations and systems engineering ability.
• Experience in early-stage or high-ownership environments.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated curiosity and self-direction around AI.
• Hands-on builder who can lead when needed.
