About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer to join our innovative team at Stefanini LATAM. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career while living in Spain, supported by our relocation assistance program.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of complex, high-scale solutions using Appian Designer (SAIL, Records, Interfaces, Process Models).
- Design and implement intricate BPM workflows and optimize databases (SQL).
- Execute robust integrations using REST and SOAP technologies.
- Coordinate large-scale projects and lead technical teams under Agile methodologies.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of applications in production environments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPM projects with expert knowledge of the Appian platform.
- University degree is mandatory for visa processing.
- Fluent in English (C1) to collaborate with global teams.
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and a humble, pragmatic attitude towards challenges.
Nice to Have
- Appian Level 2 certification or higher.
- Previous experience in IT service management.
