Senior Android Developer - Flutter & Jetpack Compose

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Android Developer remote to join our dynamic team at MediaTechTemple. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Flutter and native Android development using Jetpack Compose to create high-quality mobile applications. You will be instrumental in enhancing our mobile offerings for both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) as a Senior Android Developer remote.
• Build modern Android UI using Jetpack Compose to enhance application aesthetics and functionality.
• Ensure smooth performance on both Android and iOS platforms, optimizing for speed and user engagement.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage backend communication effectively.
• Implement state management using Bloc / Provider / GetX to ensure robust application performance.
• Debug, test, and fix issues across devices to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create a cohesive product.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in software development.
• Maintain documentation and follow best development practices to support team collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Flutter or mobile development as a Senior Android Developer remote.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter & Dart, with hands-on experience in mobile application development.
• Experience with state management (Bloc / Provider / GetX) to manage application states effectively.
• Experience with REST APIs (JSON) for backend integration.
• Basic understanding of iOS deployment via Flutter.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Understanding of Android architecture (MVVM / Clean Architecture) to build scalable applications.
• Familiarity with Android lifecycle and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Git/version control to manage code effectively.
