Senior Analytics Engineer - Solana Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer (Solana Remote) to join our dynamic team at P2P.org. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in analytics to drive insights and support our strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Analyze validator performance and staking economics to identify revenue drivers across various networks.
• Conduct protocol-level research to understand incentives, validator mechanics, and network dynamics.
• Monitor the blockchain ecosystem to detect emerging opportunities and risks, producing insights to support product and business strategies.
• Design and deploy end-to-end data solutions, ensuring data pipelines are optimized for validator analytics and reporting.
• Define data requirements for the Data Engineering team, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Build dashboards and analytical tools to support ad-hoc analysis and business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Solana data and advanced SQL skills, including joins and window functions.
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery and analytical Python stack.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Airflow and DBT.
• Strong data research skills, including probability theory and statistical analysis.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively through data storytelling.
• Fluent in English (B2+ level).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the blockchain or crypto industry.
• Familiarity with regression models and A/B testing methodologies.
