Senior AI Infrastructure as Code Platform Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Infrastructure as Code Platform Engineer to join our innovative team. This remote position allows you to work alongside industry leaders in the AI field, helping to shape the future of AI adoption across complex engineering environments. You will play a critical role in architecting and evolving systems that support scalable AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve the systems and workflows that govern responsible, scalable AI adoption across the engineering organization.
• Deliver self-service infrastructure, templates, and scalable tooling that empower internal developers to build AI-enabled applications rapidly and securely.
• Drive collaborative efforts across teams to enhance development speed, standardize practices, and streamline the adoption of new technologies at scale.
• Develop core platform components and shared services to enable safe, repeatable deployment of AI models and workflows across environments.
• Establish high-quality coding and design standards within the platform space.
• Mentor peers and advocate for scalable, testable infrastructure design practices.
• Own internal platform capabilities with a product mindset—collecting feedback, analyzing adoption, and iterating continuously for usability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in backend, infrastructure, or full-stack roles.
• Strong fluency in system design, deployment patterns, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Experienced in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, including code modularity, maintainability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable influencing technical direction without formal authority.
• Bonus points for experience in AI/ML applications, LLM orchestration, or tools like Temporal.io.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Python or Golang is advantageous.
