What You'll Do

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using a polyglot approach, primarily with Python and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Implement context strategies for reliability, security, and cost efficiency in AI applications.
  • Apply evaluation frameworks to systematically test and validate AI model outputs.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and product owners to clarify requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers on best practices in prompt design and evaluation.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to maintain high-quality standards in AI development.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with Python and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with Generative AI and ML tools such as Promptfoo, OpenAI Evals, and LangChain.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and RAG pipelines is preferred.
  • Proven ability to design NLQ solutions for querying structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and Git-based version control.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL.
