About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Generative AI & Enterprise Solutions to join our dynamic team at Osolot. This Senior AI Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and drive impactful solutions for enterprise clients. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI solutions that leverage Generative AI and Machine Learning to enhance business operations.

What You'll Do

• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions tailored for enterprise environments.
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI applications that meet client needs.
• Lead the full AI project lifecycle, including research, prototyping, development, and production deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Drive the delivery of scalable AI systems and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with Java and Python.
• Strong experience in AI architecture and AI-driven initiatives.
• Experience building solutions using Machine Learning and Generative AI models.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor AI.
• Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with development and QA teams in agile environments.
