Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable automation systems and product infrastructure. This Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to innovative projects in the AI and automation space.

What You'll Do

• Audit, optimize, and scale existing client-facing automation systems.
• Build advanced automation workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation including SOPs, guides, and an internal knowledge base.
• Integrate multiple tools and platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Design end-to-end AI and automation systems tailored to client business needs.
• Build workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales pipelines.
• Architect integrations across CRM, email, calendars, payment systems, and project management tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot live systems to ensure performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building automation systems in real business environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
• Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience connecting CRMs with email platforms, calendars, payments, and project tools.
• Data structuring experience using Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Experience implementing AI into workflows and business processes.
• Strong documentation skills (SOPs, user guides, technical specs).
• Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
