About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Agents Solutions Architect - Compliance to join our innovative team at Kraken. In this fully remote role, you will be pivotal in building AI-powered solutions that enhance compliance processes within the crypto industry. As a leader in this space, you'll help us automate compliance functions and ensure regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI-powered Compliance solutions that leverage tools such as n8n, Claude API, and Python.
• Architect workflows that automate compliance processes while ensuring appropriate human oversight.
• Build scalable analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for Compliance leadership and regulators.
• Implement AI techniques for text analysis and transaction pattern recognition to enhance compliance efficiency.
• Ensure all automation complies with data classification requirements and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance operations or regulatory technology.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI solutions within Compliance workflows.
• Strong understanding of anti-financial crime regulations and data privacy frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling stacks, including n8n and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with case management platforms and their API integration.
• Familiarity with regulatory examination readiness and documentation standards.
• Python programming skills for compliance analytics and automation.
