Senior Accountant for Real Estate Group - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. This Senior Accountant remote position offers the opportunity to manage the complete accounting for assigned real estate companies, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

What You'll Do

• Manage full accounting for assigned real estate companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for these companies.
• Prepare and submit tax declarations and other mandatory reports to government authorities.
• Participate in the audit processes of the companies (IFRS standards).
• Consult company executives on accounting and tax matters.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a senior accountant or chief accountant, fully managing company accounts.
• Proficient in MS Excel at an advanced level.
• Responsible, meticulous, and capable of planning your work independently.

• Practical experience working with real estate management companies.
• Experience with business management systems.
• Experience managing the full accounting of multiple companies.
