Senior AC Technician - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AC Technician to join our dynamic team at Kotsovolos. This Senior AC Technician remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing AC and HVAC units, especially Heat Pumps. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy optimal comfort through our products and services.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair AC and HVAC units, particularly Heat Pumps.
• Troubleshoot and determine the causes of operating errors.
• Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
• Determine the relative costs of repair procedures.
• Refurbish MDA products and check DOA products to justify return causes.
• Evaluate installation defects on HVAC/Heat Pumps projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience as an Electrician, A/C repairer, or Heat Pump installer/repairer.
• Technical degree from a relevant technical institute.
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment.
• Experience with ERP/SAP/Dynamic systems (work order system experience is ideal).
• Excellent communication skills and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with MS Office.

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC systems.
• Certifications related to HVAC systems.
