About the Role

Join Back Market's Seller Success team as a Seller Launch & Account Management Intern - Remote, where you'll manage the critical first weeks of newly launched sellers on our platform. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management and seller support within the e-commerce sector.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 50-100 newly launched sellers during their critical onboarding phase.
  • Analyze sales and quality performance data using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Conduct structured follow-ups at key milestones to guide sellers through the launching process.
  • Build strong professional relationships with sellers across Europe and the US.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects to enhance seller experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (C1 minimum).
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume portfolios.
  • Excellent communication skills, with negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Previous commercial experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems.
  • Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is beneficial.
