What You'll Do

• Track and research emerging online threats, innovating new AI-powered automated methods to identify malicious indicators used by harmful websites and URLs.
• Leverage data-driven techniques and advanced technologies in machine learning and AI to build novel detection models for malicious URL detection and blocking.
• Design, develop, and test threat prevention and detection systems to protect enterprise customers globally.
• Convert research results into impactful innovative products, implementing and maintaining complex software pipelines and data infrastructures.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver production-impact projects that enhance our security capabilities.

Requirements

• Creative thinker and team player with a strong background in web security and expertise in detecting internet security threats such as phishing and fraud.
• Hands-on experience applying machine learning within the domain of web security and building detection models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Shell scripting; knowledge of JavaScript and Golang is a plus.
• Experience with modern machine learning techniques and algorithms, including NLP and OCR.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with browser and email security.
• Background in malware traffic analysis and signature mining.
• Knowledge of developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
