Security Project Manager - Cybersecurity Focus
About the Role
We are looking for a Security Project Manager to join our cybersecurity team at Atalanta. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate technical projects focused on cybersecurity and Identity Access Management (IAM) in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Security Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and technical coherence of initiatives from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate technical work teams, ensuring the progress and delivery of projects.
- Participate end-to-end (E2E): from gathering requirements in the initial phase with the business to final delivery and production entry.
- Act as a controller for initiatives, ensuring the tracking of timelines, resources, and priorities through our internal framework.
- Manage and oversee the lifecycle of identities: resolving daily issues, onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and access control.
- Identify, document, and assess technological and security risks (a critical activity of the role).
- Ensure compliance with best practices for secure architecture and regulations (PCI/DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
- Align business requirements with the technical capabilities of the involved teams (development, DevOps, architecture, Cloud, security).
- Create and supervise change management and operational incidents through ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Education in systems administration, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience in managing technological projects and leading teams in roles such as Project/Program/Product Technical Manager.
- Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure) and proficiency in Active Directory (AD).
- Practical experience in the governance and operation of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools for change creation and management (preferably ServiceNow).
- High level of English proficiency.
- Responsible, autonomous, and capable of clear communication with clients.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
