We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Victoria's Secret & Co. in Salem, New Hampshire. What You'll Do

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers as a Seasonal Sales Associate remote.
• Proactively engage with customers, reading cues and responding effectively to their needs.
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and offering tailored recommendations.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain back room and under stock to brand standards, ensuring merchandise is floor ready.
• Execute floorset activities proficiently, adhering to brand standards.
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock as needed.
• Support store strategy to reduce shrink and provide a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
• Exhibit a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals preferred.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a healthy, competitive spirit while maintaining a team focus.
• Schedule flexibility that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.
