What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for client teams on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Consultant with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
