About the Role

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Certified Recruiting Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team at ASPIRE HR. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for client teams on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Consultant with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other HCM software solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
  • Familiarity with data analytics in HR.
