  • Proven track record of successful SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Ability to document processes and configurations clearly.
  • Knowledge of HCM best practices and SAP features.
