About the Role

Weaver Fundraising is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead our sales efforts remotely. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our Trail’s End program by expanding adoption among Scouting Units. As a Sales Team Manager, you will manage a team of Unit Support Specialists, ensuring they are equipped to convert and onboard new units effectively. Your leadership will directly impact our mission to help Scouting programs raise funds for youth development.

What You'll Do

  • Advocate for the Trail’s End mission, ensuring Scouts remain at the heart of our initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor Unit Specialists, providing insights and best practices to enhance fundraising outcomes.
  • Oversee outreach efforts to volunteer leaders, driving interest and adoption of the Trail’s End program.
  • Manage account training to support and grow team portfolios through regular communication and actionable coaching.
  • Ensure pipeline growth by overseeing onboarding and activation of new Unit prospects.
  • Utilize sales enablement materials and create custom content to support team outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of team activities and performance using HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels including phone, email, and written outreach.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of team activities while remaining organized.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about youth development and leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with volunteer-led organizations, particularly in youth or nonprofit sectors.
  • Familiarity with Scouting or similar youth programs.
  • Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving success metrics.
