Sales Representative - Medical Devices (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Sonova, specializing in medical devices. This Sales Representative remote position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare and eager to make a difference in the lives of individuals with hearing impairments. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and managing a portfolio of clients, while also prospecting new accounts in a dynamic market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Provide technical support and training on our innovative hearing aid products.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to secure new contracts and expand market share.
• Conduct market research and report on sales activities to your regional manager.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical services teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with demanding clients.
• Technical aptitude to understand and communicate product innovations effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to customer service.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in audiology or related fields.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
