What You'll Do

  • Book discovery calls with a licensed third-party administrator (TPA) to facilitate wellness program enrollment.
  • Receive monthly residual commissions for every employee who enrolls in the wellness program.
  • Conduct light B2B conversations with confidence, utilizing provided scripts and training.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to follow up consistently with potential clients.
  • No prior benefits experience or license is required—just a strong desire to hustle and succeed.

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with others.
  • Ability to engage in B2B conversations comfortably.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
