Executive Assistant - Remote Opportunity in Renewable Energy

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join ENERCON, a leader in the renewable energy sector, specifically in wind energy. This remote Executive Assistant position offers you the chance to contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of renewable energy. You will play a crucial role in supporting our management team and ensuring smooth operations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and follow up on appointments, including creating presentations.
• Coordinate schedules, manage travel expenses, and plan travel itineraries.
• Handle internal and external communication and correspondence.
• Support technical topics and assist in training apprentices.
• Validate invoices and provide support for conferences and trade fairs.
• Contribute to the internal web presence of Global Logistics.
• Take on your own projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, for example, as a management assistant or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Highly structured working style and organizational talent.
• Strong team player with high engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and loyalty in all matters.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Fluency in additional languages.
