  • Organize and improve sales tools for better usability and efficiency.
  • Maintain and clean up Salesforce dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in meetings to gain insights into sales operations and strategies.
  • Help maintain internal documentation for workflows and processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Work on projects that enhance your understanding of sales operations and CRM systems.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales operations team.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Must return to school in Fall 2026 to complete your degree.
  • Interest in sales operations and process improvement is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to team goals.
