Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Bierman Autism Centers. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact in the lives of children diagnosed with autism. As a BCBA, you will oversee and manage client programming to ensure successful outcomes, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of 6-8 clients, providing tailored behavioral analysis and interventions.
• Ensure successful outcomes for clients through effective programming and support.
• Utilize your expertise in behavior analysis to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to foster a creative and fun work culture.
• Participate in research opportunities through the PEBBL lab to advance your professional development.
• Engage in monthly CEU opportunities to maintain your licensure and enhance your skills.
• Provide flexible time off to promote work-life balance.

Requirements

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Clinical experience in early intervention is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with MacOS is necessary.
• Ability to maintain required licensure while employed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a telehealth setting.
• Knowledge of current research in autism treatment.
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis software.
