What You'll Do
- Manage client relationships and drive sales as a Sales Engineer - Remote.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot product issues for clients.
- Assist in organizing and attending promotional events to showcase our solutions.
- Regularly visit customer sites to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Ensure effective administration of sales processes and report on progress and challenges.
Requirements
- Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to sales.
- Proficiency in English and basic Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Able to travel within the US approximately 25% of the time.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
- 2-10 years of experience in sales or technical roles, preferably in the machine tool or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
