Account Executive - Remote Healthcare Sales
About the Role

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain value-driven relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and large physician groups.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities.
- Lead structured discovery sessions to understand customer priorities and needs.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored value propositions that resonate with healthcare providers.
- Navigate complex healthcare buying processes to secure deals effectively.
- Identify and nurture internal champions to facilitate organizational buy-in.
- Utilize your 5+ years of enterprise or consultative healthcare sales experience to influence C-suite leaders.
- Work closely with post-sale teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees and relevant sales certifications are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen to understand healthcare operations.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles.
