About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Analog Design Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team at Chelsea Search Group. As a Principal Analog Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-speed analog circuits, contributing to the development of next-generation optical transceiver techniques.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement high-speed analog circuits, including clock generation and distribution.
• Supervise analog layouts within advanced process nodes.
• Create custom passive components from concept to silicon implementation.
• Conduct silicon bring-up, debugging, and support.
• Utilize advanced CMOS design and verification tools.
• Communicate effectively and document design processes.
• Work on production-level tape-out processes.
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools is a plus.

Requirements

• BSEE with 10+ years, MSEE with 7+ years, or PhDEE with 5+ years of experience in analog design.
• Experience in high-speed CMOS DAC/ADC/PLL Analog Design.
• Knowledge of advanced CMOS/FinFET technologies.
• Proficiency in analog design and verification tools.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetism and high-frequency design.
• Lab chip bring-up and debugging experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on production-level tape-out processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with analog circuit blocks for broadband amplification.
• Familiarity with electromagnetic simulation tools.
