Sales Associate - Retail Position

About the Role

Join United Pacific as a Sales Associate in a dynamic retail environment. This Sales Associate remote position offers you the chance to work in a customer-focused setting while contributing to the profitability of our store. What You'll Do

• Assist in daily operations of the store, ensuring a safe and profitable environment.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of lighting and fixtures to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Secure all inventory and currency to prevent theft and inventory shrinkage.
• Learn to operate cash registers, computer consoles, and other necessary equipment.
• Work under the supervision of the Store Manager, following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for at least 8 hours and lift/pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasional climbing of ladders for stocking and signage maintenance.
