Sales Associate - Retail Position (Remote Flexibility)

What You'll Do

• Handle daily cash transactions and ensure the security of inventory and currency.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of store fixtures and lighting.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Learn to operate cash registers and other necessary equipment.
• Report directly to the Store Manager and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently for extended periods.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for at least 8 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Nice to Have

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Experience with cash handling and customer service.
