What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize Salesforce and CRM software to manage client accounts and track interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and service requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client services.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client feedback and service enhancements.
• Support compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations is a plus.
• Experience in the oncology or precision medicine field is preferred.
